Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened items in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at roy@eprock.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or refund your purchase.

Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
